Refund Policy.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If Doing isn’t right for you, we offer a straightforward refund process.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. Simply email privacy@doing.tools with your purchase email address and we will process your refund.

After the 14-day window, purchases are non-refundable. Since Doing is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there are no recurring charges to cancel.

• Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and returned to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Upon refund, your license will be deactivated.

Any costs incurred through third-party cloud transcription providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini) using your own API keys are billed directly by those providers and are not part of your Doing purchase. We cannot refund third-party API charges.
